Kristin C. Kennedy, President and Co-owner, NCARB, RRC, RRO, CCS, AIA, RCI, CSI is a licensed architect in Pennsylvania and Illinois, a Registered Roof Consultant, Registered Roof Observer, Certified Construction Specifier and Licensed Air Barrier Auditor by ABAA. She has over 20 years of experience in architecture and specializes in construction specifications and contract documents. Kris is active in all aspects of the company’s work; she performs roof and wall assessments, performs infrared surveys, writes reports, prepares construction documents, observes work during construction. Richard L. Florida, Founder, Vice President and Co-owner, has about 30 years of experience in the roofing industry, including estimating, project management and over 20 years as a roof consultant. He is a member of CSI, RCI, and NRCA. He is a licensed building inspector and project designer for hazardous materials in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland. Rich founded Florida Consulting LLC in 2006. He performs roof assessments, performs infrared surveys, writes reports, prepares construction budgets, prepares construction documents, and performs observes installations during construction. He is past chairman of the board and an active member with the Washington County Chamber of Commerce. Rich also served as the campaign chairman of the United Way of Washington County. Rich's resume
