She specializes in construction documents, contracts, roofing, waterproofing and exterior wall assemblies. Richard L. Florida, Founder, Vice President and Co-owner, CSI, RCI, NRCA has over 29 years experience in the roofing industry, including estimating, project management and over 20 years as a roof consultant. He is a licensed building inspector and project designer for hazardous materials in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland. Rich founded Florida Consulting LLC in 2006.
